The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close NEET UG 2025 registrations on March 7th at 11:50 PM. Apply now for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Undergraduate at neet.nta.nic.in. Download it after submitting the form. It is your proof of payment.
Keep these ready:
- Name and parents’ names (correct spelling)
- Class 12 admit card with photograph
- Election card (EPIC number)
- Passport number (if applicable)
- Aadhaar card
- Ration card number
- Bank account number
- Other valid government ID card number
- Date of birth
- Address with pin code
- Mobile number
- Email ID
Check the application form replica in Appendix XV of the information bulletin.
Keep your Class 12 Admit Card, Aadhaar Card, or any other government-issued photo ID ready.
Documents needed
- Passport-size photograph (10 kb to 200 kb)
- Scanned signature (10 kb to 50 kb)
- Finger impressions (10 kb to 200 kb)
- PwD/PwBD certificate, if applicable (50 kb to 300 kb)
- Citizenship Certificate, if applicable (50 kb to 300 kb)
Provide your own/parents’ email address and phone number. Don’t use details of coaching centers or internet cafes.
Keep copies of the confirmation page, fee payment proof, and scanned documents safe.
