BITS Design School (BITSDES) is now accepting applications for their prestigious 4-year Bachelor of Design (Honours) program commencing in 2025.
Humanity-Centered Design with Industry Focus
The program features a special way of designing things called Humanity-Centred Design. This helps students learn how to make useful products and solutions that really help people. They can pick from five different areas to focus on:
- Physical Product Design
- Digital Product Design (UX/UI)
- Design Research and Insights
- Experience Design
- Visual Design

Admission Process and Important Dates
Applications for the 2025 program are open from October 21, 2024, to January 31, 2025. Here’s a quick breakdown of the selection process:
- Submit scores from NID-DAT Prelims, UCEED, or the BITS Design Aptitude Test (BITSDAT) scheduled for March 31 – April 5, 2025.
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified on April 14, 2025.
- Portfolio evaluations will be conducted between April 21-28, 2025.
- Online interviews are scheduled from May 2-12, 2025.
