The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has made a significant breakthrough by developing the country’s lightest bulletproof jacket. This innovation comes from the DRDO’s Defence Materials and Stores Research and Development Establishment (DMSRDE) located in Kanpur.

- Offers protection against the highest threat level (Level 6) as per Indian standards.
