The registration window for the IIM CAT 2025 exam is currently open. Aspiring candidates for the Common Admission Test (CAT) must complete their registration by September 13, 2025. You can find the application form on the official website, iimcat.ac.in.
IIM Kozhikode is conducting the CAT 2025 exam this year. The exam is scheduled for November 30, 2025, across more than 150 cities. The official notification confirms that the syllabus and exam pattern remain unchanged from last year. The exam duration is two hours and will be held in three shifts. Candidates can expect 68 questions from three sections:
- Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC),
- Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR),
- Quantitative Aptitude.

How to Register for CAT 2025
The CAT 2025 registration process is entirely online. Follow these steps to complete your application:
- Visit the official website: iimcat.ac.in
- Click on “New Candidate Registration.”
- Fill in your basic details, including your name and email ID.
- Verify your registration using the OTP.
- Access the application form and provide your personal and academic details.
- Select your preferred test cities.
- Upload your passport-size photo and scanned signature.
- Choose your desired IIM courses and interview cities.
- Pay the application fee: INR 2,600 for general candidates and INR 1,350 for SC/ST/PwD students.
