The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released revised dates for the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) 2025 recruitment. Over 1.21 crore applicants are vying for more than 119,000 posts across graduate and undergraduate categories this year.
The first stage Computer-Based Test (CBT) for graduate-level posts will now take place from June 5 to June 24, 2025. This extends the exam schedule by one day. Previously, the timeline was 15 days.

- CBT (Graduate-level posts): June 5 to June 24, 2025
- Admit Card Release: June 1, 2025
Candidates can download their admit cards, exam city intimation slips, and other relevant documents from their respective regional RRB websites. Login requires a User ID, password, and a captcha code.
Application and Vacancy Details:
- Over 1.21 crore applicants have responded to the RRB NTPC 2025 exam.
- There are a total of 11,558 posts across graduate and undergraduate categories.
- Graduate-level posts: 8,113 vacancies.
- Undergraduate-level posts: 3,445 vacancies.

RRB NTPC 2025 Exam Pattern Details
The RRB NTPC CBT will be conducted entirely in computer-based mode.
- Total Questions: 100 multiple-choice questions
- Marks per Question: 1 mark
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Extra Time for PwBD Candidates with Scribe: 30 minutes
- Negative Marking: One-third mark deducted for each incorrect answer
