The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the Class 10 board exam results on May 13, 2024. This year saw a marginal increase in the overall pass percentage compared to 2023.

  • 93.60% of students passed the CBSE Class 10 board exams in 2024.
  • This is a 0.48% rise from the 93.12% pass percentage recorded in 2023.

The number of schools and exam centers conducting CBSE Class 10 exams has grown. In 2024, there were 25,724 schools and 7,603 exam centers, compared to 24,480 schools and 7,241 centers in 2023.

Similar to previous years, there were gender variations in pass percentages. Girls continued to outperform boys, with a pass rate of 94.75% in 2024 compared to boys’ 92.71%.

How to Check Your CBSE Class 10 Results

Students can access their results online through the official CBSE website (https://cbse.gov.in/cbsenew/cbse.html) or the UMANG app.

  1. Visit the CBSE website.
  2. Navigate to the “Results” section and click on “Class 10 Result 2024”.
  3. Enter your roll number, registration number, and other required details.
  4. Click on “Submit” to view your result.
