Kanye West Postpones First India Concert Amid Global Tensions

American rapper-producer Kanye West has delayed his much-awaited debut live show in India, postponing what would have been his first major Kanye West concert in the country. The event was initially set for March 29, 2026 at New Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

Following the current geopolitical situation and escalating regional tensions impacting international travelling and event organization on a large scale, the gig has been postponed to May 23, 2026, the organizers said.

The organizers posted the change on their social media accounts, stating that after deliberation and considerations for the safety of fans, the artist and production team who would attend the event, the decision has been made.
