The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has announced its admission criteria for the 2025 batch. Similar to previous years, the admissions will be merit-based, evaluating candidates across various aspects.
Multi-Tiered Selection Process
IIM Lucknow employs a three-pronged approach to selecting candidates for its prestigious MBA programs. Important components for IIM Lucknow admission criteria:
CAT 2024 Score (30-35% weightage): The Common Admission Test (CAT) score forms the foundation for shortlisting candidates. The weightage for CAT scores varies slightly depending on the chosen program (MBA, MBA-SM: 30%, MBA-ABM: 35%).
Application Rating Score (ARS): This reflects a candidate’s academic consistency, assessed through marks obtained in Class 12th and graduation (5%).
Personal Interview (PI) (40% weightage): The PI is the most crucial stage, carrying the highest weightage. Here, candidates showcase their communication skills, thought clarity, and suitability for the program.
