The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has released the counselling schedule for admissions to premier engineering institutes in India through JEE Advanced 2024.
- Registration Starts: June 10, 2024
- Choice Filling for AAT: June 14 onwards (after AAT result)
- Mock Seat Allocations: June 15 & 17 (based on choices filled)
- Registration Ends: June 18, 2024
- Seat Allocation Rounds:
- Round 1: June 20-26, 2024
- Round 2: June 27-July 3, 2024
- Round 3: July 4-9, 2024
- Round 4: July 10-16, 2024
- Round 5 (Final for IITs): July 17, 2024
- Extra Round (NIT+ System Only): July 17-26, 2024
This year, JoSAA will conduct five regular counseling rounds followed by a final round for IIT admissions. An additional round will be held for NIT+ system admissions.
Candidates who qualify for JEE Advanced 2024 are eligible to participate in the counseling process for admissions to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other GFTIs.
