Disturbing video footage has emerged from Barmer, Rajasthan, in which a woman is allegedly poisoning a sleeping child. The NCMIndia Council for Men’s Affairs shared the clip on May 23, sparking outrage online.
The video shows a woman entering the bedroom and putting drops into the baby’s mouth using a medicine dropper. The child’s family alleges that this substance is poisonous.
This incident is not isolated. The family reported the deaths of two previous children under similar circumstances, which already led them to suspect foul play. This suspicion led them to install a camera in the child’s room, which eventually captured the woman’s alleged actions.
Thankfully, the child seen in the video survived the ordeal. He was admitted in ICU for three days but now his condition is improving.

The authorities are currently investigating the incident. The motive behind the alleged poisoning attempt remains unclear. This case highlights the importance of vigilance, especially when prior tragedies raise red flags.
