- Regular faculty members of colleges, universities, or HEIs in India
- Minimum five years of full-time teaching experience (undergraduate or postgraduate)
- Age limit: 55 years or below (as of application deadline)
- Not currently serving as Vice-Chancellor, Director, or Principal (regular or officiating)
