Google has revealed new features for Android devices by making the user experience better and providing ease of access to make it easier to use devices. The updates are a showcase of Google’s commitment to providing unique solutions that meet all users, irrespective of their usage.

  • Detailed Audio Descriptions for Images: New features coming to Google- already available on selected Android smartphones. The biggest design changes are in TalkBack. This means for the first time, TalkBack users are hearing high-quality audio descriptions of images from Gemini models. Other image augmentations make digital content more accessible.
  • Circle to Search for Amazing Music Discovery: Ever wish you could put a name on that great song playing in the background? Normally long-press (on the Home or navigation bar to activate Circle to Search) and hit that music button. It immediately provides you the name of the track, who it’s by, and a link to find out more on YouTube.
  • Listen to Web Pages: If you prefer listening via reading, Google Chrome offers a popup tool Listen. Users can even just listen to any web page — blogs, recipes in a jiffy. An improved listening experience where you can listen to content with the option to change speed, voice type, or language.
  • More Earthquake Alerts for Android: Google has expanded its Android Earthquake Alert system to cover all US states. Powered by crowd-sourced earthquake detection technology, the system delivers warnings that provide seconds of advance notice before shaking begins. Users can find useful information on what to do after the earthquake
