Katha Vachak Indresh Upadhyay explained that true renunciation means not being attached to anything. He mentioned that knowledge is the most important thing and that God deeply loves those who follow him.

Narrator Indresh Upadhyay, also said that true renunciation means not being attached to the world. He added that if the mind is not like a container, knowledge cannot stay. That’s why knowledge is so important. People without knowledge are like animals. Only someone with knowledge truly understands the teachings of the scriptures.

You can also reach Thakur ji through knowledge. But God himself welcomes devotees with open arms. Devotion is the most important thing. He said this on Sunday while listening to the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha on the third day of the event at LN Road in the city.

The event began with Meerut-Hapur Lok Sabha MP Arun Govil. The environment, filled with the chant of Jai Shri Ram, brought back memories of Awadh. Indresh Upadhyay described the character of the devotee Bhondu. He explained that the most important religion for humans is the one that makes God happy and fills the soul with unconditional devotion.

If Thakur ji is not pleased despite doing Kirtan, Bhajan, Yagya, Tapasya, and Anushthan, then realize that it’s just hard work. So, if you work with a devoted heart, you can see Thakurji in this world.

During the event, Mahamandaleshwar Saint Dr. Swami Vivekanand Maharaj and Saint Shri Ravindrananda Maharaj were present along with Bhaktimati Purnima Didi, Baba Chitra-Vichitra, and many other saints. The evening of bhajans brought a sense of divine joy, and the devotees danced with joy.
