While the exam city is available today, the final admit cards will be issued on July 31, 2025. These admit cards will contain venue details, time slots, and specific instructions. NBEMS previously offered a one-time window for candidates to edit their test city preferences. This correction window was open from June 13 to June 17. Official circulars dated June 7 and June 11 provided these details. This initiative aimed to address logistical issues and ensure fair access for all examinees.

Candidates can follow these steps to download their NEET PG 2025 city intimation slip from the official website:
- Visit the official NBEMS website: https://natboard.edu.in.
- Click on the ‘NEET PG 2025’ section under the ‘Examinations’ tab.
- Locate and click the link titled ‘Exam City Intimation Slip’.
- Log in using your NEET PG 2025 User ID and Password.
- Download and save the PDF copy of the slip from the dashboard.
- Also, check your registered email inbox and spam folder for a copy sent by NBEMS.
