Details of the Scholarship
The AICTE GATE scholarship provides a monthly stipend to qualified candidates. The stipend amount is INR 12,400 per month. This financial aid is for students enrolled in full-time M.Tech, M.E, M.Arch, or M.Pharm programs at AICTE-approved institutions.
- Monthly Stipend: INR 12,400
- Duration: Up to 24 months or until course completion, whichever is earlier.
- Disbursal: Direct bank transfer (DBT) to the student’s account.
This scheme encourages research and technical education by reducing students’ financial burden.
Eligibility and Application Process
To be eligible, candidates must have a valid GATE score and be enrolled in a full-time postgraduate program. The AICTE has not yet officially announced the dates for the GATE scholarship 2025. Based on previous years, AICTE expects to release the notification in early September. The official advertisement’s release will open the portal for student ID creation and application submission.
