Nothing has started rolling out its latest software, Nothing OS 4.0, for the Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro. This update brings the latest Android 16 features to these mid-range devices. Nothing aims to improve the user experience with this major update. One notable addition is the AI Usage Dashboard. This tool helps users track activity on the larger model in Essential Space for better transparency. Additionally, users can now hide specific apps directly from the home screen or app drawer.
Widget support also sees major changes. The update adds more size options for the Weather, Pedometer, and Screen Time widgets. Furthermore, Quick Settings tiles now offer broader 2×2 support. For multitaskers, the pop-up view now supports two floating icons.
