Do you prefer a cold beer? If so, you’d be pleased to hear that science also agrees. A recent study published in Matter Journal revealed the best temperature for beer. In this article, the researchers described how ethanol and water molecules behaved in various alcoholic beverages.

During this research experts found that apart from the molecules the temperature can also affect the taste of the Alcohol. One of the authors of the study, Prof Lei Jiang has explained some interesting facts about this study. He said to ‘ The Telegraph’ – “Our results suggest that chilled beer is better. Many beer drinkers find that beer tastes better at lower temperatures because they can better appreciate its distinctive sensory qualities.”

Mr Jiang further explained “The structure becomes more compact when the temperature drops, which is why chilled beer has a more stimulating taste. He stated that these pyramid clusters are “associated with a more refreshing flavor” in contrast to the more robust flavor of drinks.
