Mumbai, India – A disturbing pattern of sexual harassment has come to light involving a man identified as the “yellow shirt guy” targeting students at Mithibai College. Multiple students have come forward to share their harrowing experiences of being inappropriately touched by this individual.
The man, known for his unusual yellow shirt, has been consistently harassing female students on the footpath leading to Vile Parle East station. His modus operandi involves deliberately bumping into girls and touching them inappropriately. The harasser has repeatedly engaged in this behavior, causing significant distress and fear among the students.
According to reports, Mithibai College has filed multiple sexual harassment complaints against the man, leading to his arrest and imprisonment. Despite repeated complaints, the authorities continue to release the harasser every three months, only for him to repeat his offenses. This cycle of harassment persists, seemingly impervious to the authorities’ attempts to address the issue effectively.
The incident has highlighted the urgent need for stricter measures to protect women’s safety. Students and concerned citizens are urging authorities to stop the harasser’s harmful behavior.
