In a shocking incident, a 20-year-old man in Uttar Pradesh woke up from a hospital visit to discover he had undergone sex reassignment surgery without his consent. The victim, from Sanjak village in Muzaffarnagar district, alleges his friend, Omprakash Pal, tricked him into the hospital under the pretense of a medical emergency.
