Ahmedabad is all set to launch its second bullet train to Delhi after Mumbai. It is Gujarat’s second high-speed rail project with an average speed of 250 kmph. As per the officials, it will reduce the travel time between Delhi to Ahmedabad from 12 hours to 3 hours. The final project report stated that this train would cover Himmatnagar, Udaipur, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Ajmer, Kishangarh, Jaipur, Rewari, and Manesar. It’s a part of 6 high-speed rail projects of the central government for better connectivity and promoting tourism. This bullet train is expected to touch a maximum speed of 350 kmph.
