A passenger of Air India airline shared his horrifying incident as he found a metal blade in his meal provided by the flight. He posts this information on social media X and Air India responds to his tweet by confirming the information of the presence of metal blades in meals. Since the incident was unacceptable to airlines like Airindia the Chief customer experience officer Rajesh Dogra clyaify the condition. He said that the object came out from the vegetable processing machine that was used to cut the vegetable. He also ensures that the airline will increase the examination process to avoid this kind of situation in future. “Air India confirms that a foreign object was found in the meal of a guest aboard one of our flights. After investigation, it has been identified as coming from the vegetable processing machine used at the facilities of our catering partner. We have worked with our catering partner to strengthen measures to prevent any recurrence. It includes more frequent checking of the processor, especially after chopping off any hard vegetable,” ANI quoted Rajesh Dogra.
