- Allegation of negligence: The hospital owner Dr. Naveen Khichi and the doctor on duty, Dr. Akash, have been sent to police custody for three days.
- Safety Violations: Investigation revealed a lack of fire extinguishers, improper exits, and unlicensed operation beyond capacity.
- Unqualified Staff: The doctors on duty reportedly had BAMS degrees and no qualifications for neonatal care.
