The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will soon announce the RRB NTPC exam 2025 date. This recruitment drive aims to fill 11,558 vacancies. Specifically, 8,113 posts are graduate-level, and 3,445 are undergraduate-level. Candidates can expect the RRB NTPC exam date by the end of February or early next week.  

The RRB NTPC selection process includes multiple stages. Firstly, candidates face a Computer-Based Test (CBT). Secondly, depending on the post, a Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) or a Typing Skill Test follows. Finally, document verification and a medical examination complete the process.

The first stage of CBT is a 90-minute exam. It covers General Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. Furthermore, the second stage of CBT follows the same pattern. Candidates are shortlisted in a 1:20 ratio for the second stage. Additionally, skill tests, like the CBAT and Typing Skill Test, further refine the selection. Finally, document verification and medical examination ensure the candidates’ suitability.  To prepare, aspirants should practice the previous year’s question papers. This helps them understand the exam pattern. The RRBs only recommend candidates. The respective RRBs make the final appointments.
