The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has declared bank holidays for Eid al-Fitr (Ramzan-Id). Banks in most states will be shut on Thursday, April 11th, except for Chandigarh, Sikkim, Kerala, and Himachal Pradesh.
Eid will be celebrated on April 10th in Kerala, Ladakh, and Jammu and Kashmir due to the sighting of the crescent moon.
The RBI also highlights upcoming bank holidays in April. For festivals like Bohag Bihu, Himachal Day, Shree Ram Navami, and Garia Puja in various states.
