29 April 2024, Tripura schools will remain closed for an additional three days, from April 29 to May 1, to protect students from the ongoing heatwave. This extension follows an earlier closure announced on April 23.
The decision applies to all government, government-aided, and privately managed schools under the state’s Education Department, as well as schools under the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC).
