The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the result for the SWAYAM January 2025 semester examinations. Students who participated in these exams can now access their scorecards online.
The examinations took place on May 17, 18, 24, 25, and 31, 2025. NTA conducted these across ten sessions at 310 centres in 227 cities throughout India. This semester featured 589 courses, primarily in English, excluding language-specific subjects. NTA has released results for 524 courses conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Results for hybrid mode courses will be available soon.
Follow these steps to check and download the NTA SWAYAM January 2025 result
- Visit the official website: exams.nta.ac.in/swayam
- Click on the “SWAYAM January 2025 Semester Result” link.
- Enter your Application Number or Email ID and Date of Birth.
- Click the “Submit” button.
- Your scorecard will appear on the screen.
- Download and save a printout for future reference.
SWAYAM
SWAYAM, which stands for “Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds,” is a Government of India initiative. It provides free, high-quality online education. The platform aims to expand access to higher education, especially for individuals in remote or underserved areas.

Each SWAYAM course includes video lectures, reading materials, quizzes, and discussion forums for effective learning. While enrollment and learning are free, candidates seeking a certificate must pay a nominal fee to register for a proctored exam. The respective National Coordinators of the SWAYAM platform will issue the final certificates and scorecards.
