DRDO Internship 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet specific requirements to qualify for the internship:
- Be in the final year of graduation or post-graduation (Engineering or Physical Sciences).
- Be enrolled in AICTE/UGC-approved institutes.
- Have scored 60% or more in all previous semesters.
- Be below 28 years of age as of 14 July 2025.

Selection Process
- Candidates are shortlisted based on academic scores.
- Selected candidates will appear for an Interaction/Interview.
- If selected, candidates must submit:
- An undertaking form
- An indemnity bond signed by the student and the institution
Stipend and Internship Details
The internship duration is six months, taking place at DRDL/ASL/CAS laboratories in Hyderabad. Interns will receive a stipend of ₹5,000 per month. This stipend is paid in two installments. The first installment comes after three months, and the second upon full completion of the internship. A minimum of 15 working days per month, physical attendance is compulsory for stipend receipt. Stipend will be credited directly to the student’s bank account. A hostel is not provided, but subsidised canteen meals are available
