Two prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) have secured the top spots for engineering and technology in QS University Rankings by Subject 2024.
IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi hold the number one position in India with a score of 79.1. These institutes are followed by IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, and IIT Kanpur in the rankings.
The Indian Institute of Science Bangalore (IISc) is also at number six. VIT Vellore and Anna University Chennai round out the top 10 institutes according to the QS rankings.
This recognition highlights the continued excellence of Indian engineering education on the global stage.
