The registration for JoSAA counselling round 1 will begin on June 3, 2025. The counselling will take place over six main rounds. JoSAA Counselling 2025
The counselling process starts on June 3 at josaa.nic.in, 2025. Here is a brief schedule:
- June 3: Candidate registration and choice filling begins.
- June 8: Filling of Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT)-specific choices starts (after AAT results).
- June 9: Mock Seat Allocation-1 display (based on choices filled by June 8).
- June 11: Mock Seat Allocation-2 display (based on choices filled by June 10); candidates can lock choices.
- June 12: Registration and choice filling ends; auto-locking of choices.
- June 14: Round 1 seat allocation results; online reporting begins.
- June 21: Round 2 seat allocation results.
- July 16: Final round seat allocation for IITs and NITs.
Eligibility Criteria
To participate in JoSAA Counselling, candidates must meet specific requirements:
- JEE Main 2025 Qualification: Mandatory for NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.
- JEE Advanced 2025 Qualification: Mandatory for IITs.
- Architecture Programs: Candidates must have cleared the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT).
