Hyderabad, India – Dr. G Satheesh Reddy, a former chairman of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and former scientific advisor to the Raksha Mantri, has been appointed as a Distinguished Senior Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, Hyderabad campus. This appointment significantly enhances the institution’s research capabilities.
India’s defense research and development has benefited greatly from the outstanding career of Dr. Reddy, who spent nearly 39 years working at DRDO.
