AILET Exam 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Here are the eligibility criteria for various programs:

| Undergraduate Programs | LL.B. or equivalent law degree minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD) Candidates appearing for the final year LL.B. exam in 2025 are eligible. |
| LL.M. Program | LL.B. or equivalent law degree minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD) Candidates appearing for the final year LL.B. exam in 2025 are eligible. |
| Ph.D. Programs | Refer to the official notification for specific details on educational qualifications for each program. |
| Educational Qualifications | Candidates must have passed their class 12 exams with a minimum 45% score from a recognized institute. SC/ST/PwD candidates must score a minimum 40% aggregate score in their class 12. Candidates who are appearing for their class 12 exams are also eligible to appear for the AILET 2024 exam. |
| Age Limit | There is no age limit to take up the AILET exam. |

Application Fee for AILET Exam 2025
- General Category: ₹3,500
- SC/ST & PwD: ₹1,500 (Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of SC/ST are exempt)
- Foreign Nationals & OCI/PIO: Refer to the official notification for specific fee details.
