The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is a national-level law entrance exam conducted by the National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) every year. It offers admission to undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. programs in law and social sciences.

AILET Exam 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Here are the eligibility criteria for various programs:

Undergraduate Programs | LL.B. or equivalent law degree minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD) Candidates appearing for the final year LL.B. exam in 2025 are eligible. |
LL.M. Program | LL.B. or equivalent law degree minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD) Candidates appearing for the final year LL.B. exam in 2025 are eligible. |
Ph.D. Programs | Refer to the official notification for specific details on educational qualifications for each program. |
Educational Qualifications | Candidates must have passed their class 12 exams with a minimum 45% score from a recognized institute. SC/ST/PwD candidates must score a minimum 40% aggregate score in their class 12. Candidates who are appearing for their class 12 exams are also eligible to appear for the AILET 2024 exam. |
Age Limit | There is no age limit to take up the AILET exam. |

Application Fee for AILET Exam 2025
- General Category: ₹3,500
- SC/ST & PwD: ₹1,500 (Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of SC/ST are exempt)
- Foreign Nationals & OCI/PIO: Refer to the official notification for specific fee details.
