Tata Communications reported a 1.5% decline in net profit to Rs 321 crore for Q4 FY24. Revenue, however, rose 24.6% to Rs 5,691.7 crore compared to the same period last year.
The company’s board recommended a final dividend of Rs 16.70 per share for FY24, subject to shareholder approval. A.S. Lakshminarayanan was reappointed MD & CEO for a second term starting November 26, 2024.
