How to Check the NVS Shortlisted Candidate List 2025
The Direct Recruitment Drive 2024 covered posts like Legal Assistant, Stenographer, Electrician-cum-Plumber, and Mess Helper. To check if you are shortlisted, follow these steps:
- Visit the official website: Go to www.navodaya.gov.in
- On the homepage, find and click the “Recruitment” section.
- Click on the link for “shortlisted candidates for Non-Teaching Posts 2025.”
- Open the PDF document for your specific applied post (e.g., Legal Assistant, Stenographer).
- Search for your roll number and name within the list.
- Download the PDF for future use.
Exam and Shortlisting Details
The recruitment exam concluded in May 2025. Following the exam, NVS made scanned OMR answer sheets and provisional answer keys available. Candidates could also raise objections to the answer keys from June 10 to June 14, 2025.
NVS has shortlisted candidates in a 1:5 ratio against the advertised vacancies. The lists are categorized by post and include important details:
- Roll number
- Name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Category (UR, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, EWS)
- PwD status
- Government or PSU experience (if applicable)
