Tesla Will Layoff More Than 10% of Salaried Workforce: Report

Tesla is one of the most popular Automobile Companies across the globe. The company’s CEO Elon Musk has announced layoffs of more than 10% of overall employees. The Business Tycoon is taking this step due to the decline in the market for electric cars.

As per the report of Electrek, the company’s CEO Elon Musk has sent a detailed email to his staff. He stated in this email that “duplication of roles and job functions in certain areas” will result in layoffs.

Tesla announced terrible car delivery numbers at the beginning of the month. They have underperformed compared to the objective and had their first-ever quarterly decline in the four years.
