For students falling slightly outside the minimum or upper age limit for their respective classes, the heads of schools have the authority to grant an age relaxation of up to 30 days. Parents seeking such an exemption must approach the school heads or principals directly and submit a manual application.

This streamlined admission process aims to ensure transparency, accessibility, and cater to the needs of diverse groups within the city.
